Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise one direct report and outline scaling strategies for the marketing team.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing, with substantial experience in high-growth enterprise SaaS.
  • Robust product marketing skills to convert technical features into engaging stories for executive buyers.
  • Preferred knowledge in data governance, security, or cybersecurity, with credibility among CISOs or Chief Data Officers.
  • Demonstrated success directing demand generation via agencies, including guiding strategy, reviewing work, and enforcing results.
  • Adaptability in ownership-driven, expanding settings balancing initiative and execution.
  • Solid project management for handling agencies, contractors, stakeholders, and personal tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Monday and HubSpot or equivalent CRM and automation tools.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication for concise documents and client presentations.
