Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee communications for brand and corporate partners, serving as primary liaison and nurturing enduring relationships to boost engagement.
  • Design and execute multifaceted communications strategies (owned, earned, paid, shared) aligned with growth, revenue, and mission goals.
  • Identify storytelling opportunities to spotlight collaborative initiatives and increase partnership prominence.
  • Partner with internal teams in events, partnerships, and philanthropy to produce donor materials, campaign content, and support for major activities.
  • Collaborate with Lewis Hamilton Ventures to leverage partnership synergies and extend organizational reach.
  • Manage daily interactions with the media agency to secure proactive and reactive coverage meeting objectives.
  • Cultivate journalist and media relationships as needed, track coverage, and provide performance insights to leadership.
  • Handle crisis communications and reputation management when necessary, including joint efforts with the founder’s team.
  • Contribute to talent strategy, including recruitment, engagement, and integration into communications, fundraising, and campaigns.
  • Evaluate talent activities and report findings to shape ongoing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Background in non-profit, social impact, or CSR sectors.
  • At least five years in multi-channel communications (owned, earned, paid, shared).
  • Track record in partnering with brands and corporates to generate income, enhance visibility, and achieve goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills for engaging diverse audiences through storytelling.
  • Proficiency in building lasting relationships with partners and media.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management for handling concurrent campaigns.
  • Analytical abilities to assess impact, recommend improvements, and refine approaches.
  • Comfort interfacing with prominent partners, media, and talent in varied contexts.
  • Desirable: Work with global brands, high-profile talent, crisis management, or event/stakeholder communications.
