Lead UK and European PR, influencer, events and brand partnerships strategy for a luxury fragrance brand, driving visibility, cultural relevance and commercial results through earned media, creator collaborations and high-profile brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UK/EU PR and influencer strategy in line with global priorities and launch plans.
- Drive earned media performance, including EMV growth, media coverage and influencer engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with editors, creators, talent agencies and industry contacts across the UK and Europe.
- Identify emerging talent, trends and cultural opportunities to keep the brand at the forefront of beauty and fragrance.
- Oversee influencer partnerships, creator campaigns, gifting, paid collaborations and launch activations.
- Partner with Global Marketing, Social and Community teams to maximise earned impact.
- Lead planning and execution of press, influencer and consumer events across the region.
- Manage agency partners, production timelines, budgets and vendor relationships for event delivery.
- Lead, coach and develop direct reports while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage external PR, influencer and events agencies with a focus on accountability and performance.
- Oversee PR, influencer and events budgets to ensure strong ROI and commercial impact.
- Track and report campaign performance, media coverage, influencer metrics, EMV and event effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience across PR, Influencer Marketing, Events or Brand Communications.
- Beauty, fragrance, luxury, fashion or lifestyle industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong network of UK and European media, influencers, talent agencies and industry contacts.
- Proven success leading influencer campaigns, earned media strategies and large-scale brand events.
- Strong understanding of influencer analytics, EMV reporting and earned media performance.
- Experience managing teams, agencies, budgets and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and project management skills.
- Strategic, commercially minded and highly organised.
- Ability to travel across key UK and European markets as required.
