Communication Manager, India at Enfinity Global, Madrid, Spain

Seeking a Corporate Communications Manager or Senior Manager to partner with the Global Director of Communication and Sustainability in crafting and executing internal and external communication strategies for India operations, based in Hyderabad or New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand and reputation awareness strategy and annual plan, including key messages and Q&A
• Adapt global corporate communication materials for local context
• Manage media relations through mapping, building journalist relationships in energy sector, pitching opportunities, and distributing press releases
• Oversee social media on LinkedIn for Indian audience, aligning with global strategy, including content calendar and posts
• Identify and handle speaking opportunities and sponsorships
• Guide local leaders on managing communication opportunities
• Organize events for solar power plant milestones, coordinating with partners
• Handle internal communication channels with India-specific content, including creation and design
• Support internal events, campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives with HR
• Coordinate branding elements for India needs

Qualifications

• 10-12 years in corporate communications at multinationals or agencies
• Experience in renewable or energy sector preferred
• Degree in Communication or Journalism
• Proficiency in social media management
• Skills in graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Strong Hindi communication skills
• Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and details
• Skill in building long-term stakeholder relationships, especially journalists
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
