Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain consistent brand voice in all customer-facing external communications.
- Handle daily marketing communications through social media, email, community platforms, and campaigns.
- Convert strategic content into tailored, ready-to-deploy messages and formats for various channels.
- Oversee communications scheduling, content release timing, and campaign implementation.
- Direct efforts in public relations, influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and collaborator outreach.
- Facilitate product introductions and updates via integrated messaging across multiple channels.
- Work in tandem with content, growth, product, and executive teams to align all communications.
- Experiment with and optimize messages, styles, and stories based on performance data.
- Monitor key communication performance indicators and provide reports to guide enhancements.
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor’s or advanced certification in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or equivalent discipline.
- Possess 4 to 7 years in marketing communications, brand oversight, content dissemination, or similar areas.
- Demonstrate track record in defining and upholding brand voice uniformity across channels and initiatives.
- Exhibit excellent writing, editing, and narrative abilities, adaptable to diverse audiences and mediums.
- Have hands-on experience with customer outreach via social, email, and community platforms.
- Excel at transforming high-level strategies into precise, executable channel content.
- Be at ease appearing on camera for webinars, interviews, and brief video segments.
- Show strong organizational abilities, including planning, project coordination, and multitasking.
- Rely on data analytics to adjust messaging and communication tactics.
