Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of communication projects, including planning, timelines, budgets, and milestone compliance.
• Provide strategic advice to stakeholders to enhance and protect organizational reputation.
• Supervise creation and production of communication assets like press releases, social media, newsletters, and presentations.
• Execute crisis communication protocols to address emergencies and maintain reputation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in communications, marketing operations, program or project management with expertise in complex projects.
• Residency in Washington State or Texas.
• Portfolio of communication work including written content, presentations, executive messaging, or digital campaigns.
• Proven ability to create and execute communication strategies aligned with objectives.
• Knowledge of digital and social media for content creation and engagement.
• Experience supporting senior executives with strategic communications.
• Background in integrated marketing communications for unified messaging.
• Familiarity with crisis communication planning and implementation.
• Tech industry experience to inform relevant strategies.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills for fast-paced environments.
• Humility, growth mindset, problem-solving, persistence, attention to detail, adaptability, and proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Recent Microsoft client support (preferred).
• Project management certification like PMP (preferred).
