The Veterinary Clinic Relationship Specialist position at Lap of Love focuses on fostering connections with veterinary professionals nationwide by delivering educational content on in-home end-of-life pet care services, including extensive travel for clinic visits, conferences, and promotional activities, while operating remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to veterinary conferences and clinics across the US (up to 75%)
• Educate veterinary practices on the advantages of referring clients to Lap of Love’s in-home end-of-life services
• Visit at least two Lap of Love markets monthly and distribute educational resources
• Offer innovative ideas and strategies to enhance relationships in person and virtually
• Participate in national events to promote services through booths, presentations, and networking
• Document and analyze outcomes from outreach efforts to evaluate campaign impact

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or outreach experience, ideally in veterinary field
• Reside within 45 minutes of a major airport
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, adaptable to diverse audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining veterinary industry relationships
• Proficiency in time management, prioritization, and independent work
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, G Suite tools, CRM systems, and willingness to learn internal software
