Seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Content & Communications Lead to define and amplify Marchay’s brand voice across social media, editorial, newsletters, and public relations, with ownership of content strategy and execution at a fast-growing luxury travel company.
Key Responsibilities
- Polish and grow Marchay’s social media presence through consistent, curated posting, content creation, and calendar management.
- Own and execute posts across all platforms while delivering monthly growth and performance reports.
- Establish publication relationships, facilitate recurring contributions, and create collateral to pitch Marchay’s insider travel knowledge.
- Oversee features, mentions, and recurring article contributions to foster industry relationships.
- Create, distribute, and promote internal and external newsletters and blog posts in partnership with the travel advisory team.
- Produce thoughtful, sophisticated copy on luxury travel themes and track newsletter engagement and performance.
- Grow Marchay’s authority through best-of-list features, media meetings, and article mentions.
Qualifications
- Fully remote U.S.-based role with Eastern Standard Time availability (9am-6pm).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Several years of experience in social media, editorial, content, communications, or brand marketing, preferably in luxury travel.
- Experience crafting and managing social media posts and profiles with strong writing skills for newsletters, posts, and blogs.
- Sophisticated aesthetic sensibility and ability to execute creative brand vision.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, communicative, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
- Established relationships with editors, journalists, and publication representatives.
- Experience with Wordpress, Mailchimp, Monday, Brevo, and Salesforce as a CRM.
