Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to grow collaborations with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, hospitals, and physician offices.
  • Foster enduring connections with key stakeholders including administrators, nursing directors, case managers, and decision-makers.
  • Advocate for NIVA Health’s wound care offerings via in-person presentations, training sessions, and events at facilities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for marketing and communications with referral partners.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly targets for referrals and expansion, overseeing pipeline and monitoring results in CRM tools.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new partners and ensure seamless referral-to-care processes.
  • Document activities accurately and adhere to HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid standards.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance partner experiences and optimize service provision.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related discipline (preferred).
  • 2–3+ years in healthcare sales, facility marketing, or referral development.
  • Deep knowledge of skilled nursing facility and assisted living operations, referral processes, and post-acute care settings.
  • Demonstrated achievements in expanding territories and generating referrals.
  • Superior skills in communication, presentations, and building relationships.
  • Capacity to autonomously handle territory management and prioritize outreach.
  • Competence in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
