Key Responsibilities
- Provide data-informed recommendations to enhance Centre performance.
- Promote efficiency in PCMS operational procedures.
- Verify that all communications adhere to legal, regulatory, and industry benchmarks.
- Direct digital projects and development of Centre websites.
- Synchronize local efforts with overarching national plans for optimal exposure.
- Assist in significant network initiatives and prominent vehicle introductions.
- Enhance communication channels at Centres while preserving brand integrity.
- Collaborate with PCMS to address Centre inquiries and develop marketing resources.
- Serve as a brand protector in all Centre-related activities.
- Manage marketing tools and digital systems to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth functionality.
Qualifications
- Established background in marketing roles.
- Broad expertise in digital marketing, social media, CRM, events, and advertising.
- Experience in automotive retail marketing, preferably including new vehicles, used cars, and aftersales services.
- Proficiency in content management systems and GA4 analytics reporting.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling tools, process mapping applications like BIC, and SAP financial systems (desirable).
- Prior involvement in supporting or working with retailer networks (desirable).
- Robust skills in managing agencies (desirable).
