Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and refine the global PR and communications strategy, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Strategically direct and manage PR agencies across the UK, US, Ireland, and Australia, overseeing activations and media efforts in each territory.
  • Cultivate high-impact relationships with top-tier media, influencers, and VIPs to secure earned coverage and long-term brand advocacy.

  • Strong existing media relationships and proven ability to deliver impactful, sales-driving press coverage.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience inspiring diverse teams toward strategic goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of the global beauty industry and digital media landscape.
