Key Responsibilities
- Implement and refine the global PR and communications strategy, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Strategically direct and manage PR agencies across the UK, US, Ireland, and Australia, overseeing activations and media efforts in each territory.
- Cultivate high-impact relationships with top-tier media, influencers, and VIPs to secure earned coverage and long-term brand advocacy.
- Manage the founder’s public image and media relations, securing profiling opportunities and aligning personal appearances with brand initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and cultural developments to generate creative ideas for products and brand narratives.
Qualifications
- Significant experience managing high-impact communications/PR programs and high-profile founder/brand personality relations.
- Strong existing media relationships and proven ability to deliver impactful, sales-driving press coverage.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and leverage internal and external relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience inspiring diverse teams toward strategic goals.
- In-depth knowledge of the global beauty industry and digital media landscape.
