The Content & PR Executive supports the execution and enhancement of content and communications strategies across digital and public relations channels, aiding in the planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of client projects within a specialized B2B agency focused on energy, maritime, technology, and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile coverage reports and track media activity accurately
  • Research, build, and maintain targeted media lists including journalists, outlets, and contacts
  • Format and distribute press releases ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Support research for forward features, media opportunities, event placements, and speaker roles
  • Draft basic PR and editorial content such as press releases and feature pitches with guidance
  • Schedule, publish, and manage content on digital platforms
  • Assist in content calendar management for timely and consistent delivery
  • Repurpose content into various formats to broaden reach and impact
  • Monitor organic content performance and identify key trends or insights
  • Upload, update, and maintain website content using CMS, including pages, blogs, and edits
  • Apply quality standards to content, covering formatting, linking, and basic SEO practices
  • Support website migrations via content population and updates
  • Conduct content audits and ensure accuracy in large datasets
  • Deliver products and services on time and within budget
  • Uphold agency values, protect people and commercial interests
  • Adhere to Fifth Ring processes and procedures
  • Provide administrative and daily support to PR and content team members
  • Offer updates to colleagues for clear communication
  • Foster effective relationships with other departments to align on client projects
