Spearhead community engagement initiatives to promote digital mental health services for youth, forging partnerships with schools, families, and educators via online and offline channels to enhance brand visibility and service adoption in target areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the brand ambassador, cultivating strong relationships with educational institutions, educators, parents, caregivers, and youth.
  • Deliver compelling presentations on services in inclusive formats, both virtually and face-to-face, via events, workshops, and online platforms.
  • Develop and implement tailored outreach programs that address local community requirements while aligning with overarching marketing and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with Field Managers and Marketing teams to relay on-the-ground insights and refine community engagement tactics.
  • Partner with Partnership and Account Management teams to facilitate effective school district involvement programs.
  • Leverage social media channels to produce and distribute compelling content that connects with regional audiences, boosting interaction and recognition.
  • Support the coordination and promotion of regional gatherings, such as webinars and community forums, to showcase service advantages.
  • Collect input from community participants to shape upcoming programs and enhance outreach approaches.

Qualifications

  • At least four years in community outreach, youth involvement, or comparable roles.
  • Excellent presentation abilities and ease in addressing varied groups, such as adolescents, families, and teaching professionals.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with digital tools and social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for engagement purposes.
  • Capability to operate a vehicle for frequent local travel to participate in and lead community activities.
  • Preferred: Background in school environments or nonprofit groups.
  • Preferred: Understanding of mental health programs, youth programs, or online health solutions.
  • Preferred: Insight into the 13-18 age group and pertinent youth challenges.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in multiple languages.
