Lead marketing and communications end-to-end for a clinical AI company, building the function from the ground up and later heading its growth while shaping evidence-based narratives across clinical, commercial, investor, and partner audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own narrative, messaging framework, brand positioning, and market strategy
- Drive product marketing, commercial enablement, and GTM playbooks
- Translate evidence, regulatory milestones, and RWE into compliant audience-specific communications
- Manage PR, media relations, and journalist briefings
- Build partner and channel marketing campaigns with EPR partners
- Plan and execute global conferences and events
- Design and operate an AI-first MarComms system and workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years marketing and communications experience at a startup or scale-up with both strategy and execution across functions
- Experience in healthtech, medtech, clinical AI, or another regulated medical domain
- Strong PR and media network that can be activated
- Proven ability as a first-draft storyteller and writer
- Commercially literate with focus on pipeline and outcomes
- Daily, hands-on user of AI tools
- Ability to operate from high-level strategy to hands-on delivery
