The Account Executive supports client services teams in managing daily client project operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs through collaboration and administrative oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans and executing strategies under senior supervision
- Provide research and data for strategic planning
- Prepare proposal documents and manage client onboarding
- Maintain quality standards and compliance with guidelines
- Coordinate with departments to meet project timelines
- Conduct industry research and share insights with account managers
- Contribute to brainstorming for creative concepts
- Monitor industry trends for innovative suggestions
- Source and brief external suppliers like photographers and contractors
- Handle client account administration, including system updates, scheduling, agendas, and reports
- Prepare project performance reports for clients
- Ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of products and services
- Uphold agency values, processes, and procedures
- Offer administrative support to client services team
- Facilitate clear communication and updates to colleagues
- Foster relationships across departments for project alignment

Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills

- IT literacy
- Formal qualification in marketing, communications, business or related field (desirable)
