Support Debenhams Group’s communications efforts by assisting in influencer and media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement in a vibrant fashion retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing the communications strategy in collaboration with the marketing team
- Foster and sustain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders
- Oversee gifting initiatives for influencers and US presenters
- Collaborate with buying and merchandising to synchronize communications with product introductions
- Contribute to developing PR materials including lookbooks, mailers, and visual campaign elements
- Handle coordination of samples, shipments, and assistance for influencer or media events
- Aid in preparing performance analyses and achieving specified key performance indicators
- Provide innovative concepts, sector knowledge, and updates on emerging trends
- Perform routine administrative duties to support efficient team functions
Qualifications
- Prior experience in public relations, marketing, or communications preferred, whether in-house or agency
- Proficient in communication and cultivating relationships
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Adaptable, flexible, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a demanding setting
- Strong interest in fashion, social media, and cultural phenomena like music, beauty, arts, and film
