Key Responsibilities
- Develop, adapt, and implement a holistic marketing and communications plan aligned with Japan’s business needs, expansion targets, and corporate aims
- Offer strategic advice to regional executives on branding, messaging, market positioning, and reputation oversight
- Maintain uniformity of all communications with ESR’s core brand principles, ethos, and worldwide messaging structure
- Spot and pursue chances to boost ESR’s intellectual authority, prominence, and pertinence within the Japanese market
- Guarantee uniform use of brand protocols, narratives, and visual elements across every platform and interaction point, including Templafy
- Direct and supervise branding, digital, content, and outreach campaigns to bolster leasing, development, investment, and organizational priorities
- Collaborate with top executives and vital business contacts to intensify messaging and elevate brand recognition locally
- Build and sustain robust ties with prominent media outlets, sector networks, and outreach avenues to facilitate active media involvement

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a comparable discipline
- Over eight years of professional background in public relations, communications, brand oversight, or analogous functions
