Key Responsibilities
- Manage the creative partnership with designated clients, from strategy formulation to delivery.
- Convert client objectives into performance-oriented creative plans that support media targets.
- Deliver presentations on creative ideas, performance data, and strategic advice to clients and executives.
- Direct ideation based on audience analysis, platform developments, brand identity, and metrics.
- Create adaptable creative elements, narratives, and messaging for efficient testing and refinement.
- Monitor trends in creative, design, and narrative techniques in social and performance media.
- Suggest innovative creative methods to boost results while adhering to brand standards.
- Supervise creative production for channels such as social, display, video, native, shopping, and search.
- Utilize AI technologies to enhance ideation, scriptwriting, asset generation, and initial concepts with quality controls.
- Issue detailed guidance via briefs, scripts, shot lists, and storyboards for production teams.
- Facilitate quick adjustments and optimizations like edits, new elements, and format variations for testing.
- Collaborate with media buyers to synchronize creative approaches with plans, tests, and analytics.
- Assess creative effectiveness and link decisions to tangible results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years in performance marketing.
- At least 5 years in direct response copywriting.
- Prior experience directing creative teams and engaging with high-level clients.
- Deep expertise in Meta and Google platforms, creative experimentation, and performance measurement.
- Familiarity with current AI tools for creative work, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and video generation tools like Veo 3.
- Bonus: Design background, including tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
