Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Monitor and report on account performance in collaboration with internal specialists
- Translate marketing results into clear, ROI-focused business insights
- Facilitate client meetings and deliver professional presentations
- Identify risks early and proactively address potential issues
- Maintain high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship growth
Qualifications
- 8–9+ years in digital marketing, account management, or client success roles
- Prior experience within a digital marketing agency required
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships concurrently
- Solid knowledge of paid media, SEO, content marketing, website analytics, and conversion tracking
- Strong capability in interpreting campaign data and presenting ROI-focused insights
- Skilled in meeting facilitation and client presentations
- Experience working within established workflows, SOPs, and operational processes
- Hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in daily workflows
- Excellent organizational skills, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Ability to identify issues, communicate solutions, and escalate when needed
- Availability to work aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours
