Seeking a dynamic SEO and AI Search Specialist to spearhead strategies, enhance performance metrics, and propel organic growth for a U.S. organization, blending traditional SEO proficiency with innovative AI search techniques to boost visibility in diverse search environments while collaborating across teams to align with core business and conversion objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive SEO roadmaps encompassing service pages, location pages, and content strategies
• Conduct keyword research, clustering, and mapping based on search intent and business objectives
• Perform competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities and identify gaps
• Analyze performance via tools like GA4 and GSC to derive actionable insights
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and user behavior for ongoing strategy refinements
• Define and direct content strategies, including blog clusters and topical authority building
• Create SEO-focused content briefs and enhance site architecture with internal linking
• Optimize content for AI search features such as featured snippets, AI overviews, entity-based SEO, and schema markup
• Enhance content structure for better extractability and machine readability
• Align SEO approaches with conversion targets and suggest CRO enhancements
• Oversee local SEO efforts like Google Business Profile optimization and citation management
• Identify and prioritize technical SEO concerns including crawlability, indexing, and site health
• Guide off-page SEO tactics such as link-building and authority enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent, high-quality implementation
• Offer leadership, feedback, and guidance to execution teams

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SEO tools and platforms including GA4, GSC, GTM, GBP, and Clarity
• Proficiency with tools like Semrush and Screaming Frog
• Advanced knowledge of local SEO and multi-location strategies
• Experience with AI search optimization, entity-based SEO, and schema markup
• Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to create and execute strategic SEO roadmaps
• Leadership skills for guiding teams and maintaining quality output
• Conversion-focused mindset with understanding of CRO principles
