Lago requires a dynamic Paid Ads Specialist experienced in strategy, setup, and execution of advertisements on platforms like Meta and Google to enhance growth in digital sales channels. The position involves creating, sustaining, and expanding ad efforts to generate leads via paid media.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and oversee paid advertising initiatives on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn emphasizing lead acquisition
• Direct creative elements and post-click experiences including landing pages, sales funnels, and lead attractors alongside internal collaborators
• Develop and evaluate ad messaging using AI tools and partnership with the internal copy team
• Regularly experiment and refine audience targeting, visuals, text, spending, and account frameworks to achieve performance goals and expand efforts
• Collaborate with the Account Manager on client retention and expansion via insights and advisory input
• Deploy tracking pixels and conversion monitoring following industry standards

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in constructing and refining Meta Ads for lead generation required
• At least 3 years in constructing and refining Google Ads for lead generation required
• At least 3 years in lead generation-focused campaigns required
• Background in B2B lead generation campaigns strongly favored
• Prior work with B2C lead generation in home services, local businesses, or healthcare sectors advantageous
• Familiarity with Google Ad Grants, Google Tag Manager, Unbounce, or ClickFunnels desirable
• Elementary video editing abilities preferred
• Data-driven mindset with strong focus on details
