We are seeking a Senior Creative Strategist for a remote position focused on developing and refining a data-informed creative framework to boost paid social advertising results for home improvement client accounts. This performance-oriented role bridges data analysis and creative development, emphasizing diagnostic insights, testing structures, and scalable processes to lower cost per lead and ensure account reliability, without handling ad management or video editing.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate performance metrics like CTR, hook rate, thumb stop rate, watch time, frequency, and CPL across various accounts
- Identify causes of creative success or failure using data-driven analysis rather than subjective views
- Create and implement systematic creative testing plans involving hooks, angles, CTAs, and formats
- Determine emotional factors such as esteem, safety, status, and transformation that drive effective ads
- Prepare comprehensive, actionable creative briefs for video production teams
- Establish scalable methods to reduce creative fatigue and enhance performance consistency
- Refine creatives iteratively based on data and test outcomes
- Document and share successful patterns from diverse accounts and sectors
- Partner with media buyers and production teams to synchronize strategy with implementation
- Construct and sustain a replicable, evidence-based creative production system
