The Client Success Manager/Account Director will oversee a portfolio of client accounts in a digital marketing agency, acting as the primary liaison to manage relationships, coordinate multi-channel executions, and ensure optimal performance and retention in a remote LATAM position reporting to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships as the key contact
  • Lead client meetings to discuss strategies, results, and future actions
  • Supervise delivery across channels including Google Ads, SEO, websites, social media, and email marketing
  • Perform quality checks on campaigns prior to client submission
  • Detect and resolve issues related to tracking, conversions, and lead quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams in PPC, SEO, design, content, and web development
  • Guarantee timely and accurate completion of all deliverables
  • Foster client satisfaction, retention, and low churn rates
  • Track performance metrics and implement enhancements
  • Handle around 30 accounts concurrently with proactive engagement

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years in digital marketing, preferably in agencies
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads
  • Proficiency in various channels like SEO, paid media, email, social, and websites
  • Capability to evaluate, quality-assure, and interpret PPC campaigns
  • Fluent professional English for U.S. client interactions
  • Robust client management and communication abilities
  • Organizational skills to juggle ~30 accounts
  • Proactive, accountable mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
