The Client Success Manager/Account Director will oversee a portfolio of client accounts in a digital marketing agency, acting as the primary liaison to manage relationships, coordinate multi-channel executions, and ensure optimal performance and retention in a remote LATAM position reporting to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships as the key contact
- Lead client meetings to discuss strategies, results, and future actions
- Supervise delivery across channels including Google Ads, SEO, websites, social media, and email marketing
- Perform quality checks on campaigns prior to client submission
- Detect and resolve issues related to tracking, conversions, and lead quality
- Collaborate with internal teams in PPC, SEO, design, content, and web development
- Guarantee timely and accurate completion of all deliverables
- Foster client satisfaction, retention, and low churn rates
- Track performance metrics and implement enhancements
- Handle around 30 accounts concurrently with proactive engagement
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years in digital marketing, preferably in agencies
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads
- Proficiency in various channels like SEO, paid media, email, social, and websites
- Capability to evaluate, quality-assure, and interpret PPC campaigns
- Fluent professional English for U.S. client interactions
- Robust client management and communication abilities
- Organizational skills to juggle ~30 accounts
- Proactive, accountable mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
