Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine Google Ads initiatives across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max formats

- Perform keyword investigations, audience targeting, and competitive evaluations
- Enhance campaigns to boost ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Create and run A/B experiments on ad assets, landing pages, and bid approaches
- Examine performance data and provide strategic recommendations via reports
- Directly handle and distribute budgets to achieve peak efficiency
- Establish and monitor conversion monitoring using GA4 and Google Tag Manager

Qualifications
- At least 5 years in PPC or paid media oversight
