We are looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and refinement of effective multi-channel marketing efforts for 12 brands. This position focuses on operational efficiency, collaborating with teams to deliver precise, high-performing campaigns in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of campaigns across email, paid media, social, print, and radio channels
- Develop and sustain a comprehensive campaign calendar for 12 brands, planning 6–8 weeks ahead
- Coordinate 8–10 emails, 6–10 radio ads, and 3–5 weekly social posts per brand
- Collaborate with VP of Marketing on strategy, messaging, timelines, and channel selection
- Create and enhance campaign messaging, positioning, storytelling, email copy, scripts, and promotional materials
- Prepare and secure approvals for messaging and assets before launch, optimizing based on data and feedback
- Build and launch campaigns in CRM platforms like ServiceTitan, Salesforce, and HubSpot, handling templates, segmentation, and asset integration
- Partner with designers using Canva and templates to produce cohesive creative assets
- Monitor performance metrics including email engagement, click-through rates, conversions, and channel results
- Conduct tests, iterations, and adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness and scalability
- Serve as primary coordinator for campaign activities, upholding deadlines and facilitating communication via Slack, email, and weekly calls
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in marketing campaign management, lifecycle, or communications marketing
- Demonstrated success in scaling multi-channel campaigns
- Advanced knowledge of email marketing strategies and implementation
- Expertise in paid advertising for digital and print, social media campaigns, and radio media coordination
- Practical proficiency with CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and ServiceTitan
- Outstanding organizational and project management abilities
- Superior copywriting and messaging skills
- Capacity to handle multiple brands and campaigns with meticulous detail
