Mid-senior creative strategist who bridges data analysis and creative execution to develop performance-driven ad campaigns that scale customer acquisition for a fast-growing DTC pet supplement brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance metrics across Meta, TikTok and YouTube to identify winning creative patterns and customer pain points.
- Translate data insights into creative concepts, direct-response scripts and storyboards aligned with DTC funnels.
- Brief UGC creators, influencers and production teams, then review and iterate on drafts to ensure performance best practices.
- Design structured A/B tests, manage the creative testing roadmap and continuously optimize assets based on results.
- Maintain a reusable library of high-performing footage and assets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance creative roles at high-growth DTC brands.
- Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive creative decisions.
- Portfolio demonstrating direct-response ad concepts, scripts or campaigns with measurable revenue impact.
- Experience briefing and directing creators, influencers or UGC production.
- Proficiency with metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR and Hook Rate.
