Lead creative strategy for a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands, translating performance data, consumer insights and commercial objectives into scalable creative systems that deliver measurable paid-media results on Meta and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
- Own creative strategy and serve as senior strategic lead for key client accounts
- Define and run creative testing frameworks, experimentation roadmaps and quarterly planning cycles
- Turn performance data, customer insights and market intelligence into actionable creative strategies and testing plans
- Lead development of performance creative across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms, overseeing ideation, scripting and asset production
- Build scalable creative frameworks and processes that increase efficiency while maintaining quality and performance
- Mentor Creative Strategists and provide clear direction to editors, designers and production partners
- Review creative briefs for strategic rigour and maintain quality standards across all outputs
- Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to founders and senior stakeholders
- Partner with account leads to drive client retention, growth and account performance
- Stay ahead of platform trends and champion AI, automation and new creative workflows
- Establish and refine internal creative processes and share learnings across the agency
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or paid social
- Proven track record leading creative strategy for multiple high-growth brands
- Strong experience developing high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok and other performance channels
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or managing strategists, editors, designers or creative teams
- Exceptional analytical skills linking creative decisions to performance outcomes
- Strong commercial awareness of drivers for profitable DTC and e-commerce growth
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills with experience presenting to founders and leadership teams
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology, behavioural drivers and conversion principles
- Proactive, ownership-led mindset and passion for innovation and AI in performance creative
