Trivium Group, a full-service Amazon agency, seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, functioning primarily as a paid media specialist while handling YouTube, LinkedIn, and organic email initiatives, with strong project management and AI utilization to enhance efficiency and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid media strategies on platforms like Meta and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Oversee content creation and strategy for YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
- Design and execute a YouTube keyword strategy to establish authority in the Amazon space.
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including list segmentation and workflow optimization.
- Serve as the central coordinator for marketing projects, ensuring team adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Integrate AI tools to enhance content production for LinkedIn posts, YouTube scripts, and email content while maintaining brand consistency.
- Lead lead magnet initiatives, encompassing copywriting, design, landing pages, and automation funnels.
- Collect and analyze social media data, paid campaign metrics, and industry trends to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with copywriters and cross-functional teams such as sales and customer relations to manage reputation and initiatives.
- Compile and deliver weekly high-level marketing reports to the CEO and Head of Content.
Qualifications
- Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing paid social and search campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube, emphasizing return on investment.
- Extensive project management experience with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to ensure accountability.
- Proficiency across multiple platforms, including organic and paid YouTube, LinkedIn growth and outreach, and email marketing.
- Advanced familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity and content quality in marketing efforts.
- Knowledge of HubSpot or comparable automation tools and analytics platforms.
- Superior skills in consulting, writing, editing, and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
