Lead the development and execution of data-driven digital and performance marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue in a digital health platform, spanning the full patient journey from awareness to treatment completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales
- Plan and execute automated campaigns across the full-funnel patient journey to increase online visibility and conversion rates
- Identify emerging trends in AI, data analytics, and content automation, collaborating with creative, tech, and marketing teams
- Manage social media campaigns and email marketing planning, execution, and optimization
- Create and implement SEO strategies; plan, control, and optimize SEA campaigns
- Monitor and expand brand presence in AI-based search tools, conducting keyword, prompt, and competitor analyses
- Continuously evaluate key KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, leads, and customer journeys; produce reports and derive action recommendations
- Optimize website structure, content, UX, and loading times; set up and maintain tracking tools like GTM, GA4, and Search Console
- Improve user navigation and perform targeted conversion optimization
- Develop and design content for websites and social media in collaboration with content teams, deriving strategies from performance analyses
Qualifications
- Completed degree in marketing, communications, media management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing (DTC or eCommerce), focusing on performance, SEO/SEA, and website optimization
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies and digital brand building
- Experience with conversion optimization and analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM, and CMS systems (especially HubSpot, React Bricks)
- Strong sense for brand presentation, design, and visual storytelling
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, structured, solution-oriented, and team-capable
- Very good knowledge of German and English in spoken and written form
