We seek a Senior Media Buyer to oversee and expand paid advertising initiatives on key platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn, emphasizing lead acquisition, conversion enhancement, and ROAS maximization through strategic planning, execution, and data analysis in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and oversee effective paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Oversee and refine monthly ad budgets from $50,000 to over $500,000.
  • Perform audience analysis, targeting development, and funnel enhancements to boost campaign effectiveness.
  • Execute ongoing A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience groups to elevate conversion rates.
  • Evaluate campaign outcomes via data dashboards, attribution frameworks, and analytical software.
  • Partner with creative staff to create compelling ad content and messaging.
  • Apply retargeting tactics, lookalike targeting, and sophisticated audience divisions.
  • Monitor and document essential metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
  • Spot chances to expand successful campaigns profitably.
  • Keep abreast of evolving ad trends, platform algorithms, and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in media buying or performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated success with paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Established history of growing profitable campaigns and enhancing ROAS.
  • Background handling substantial ad budgets, preferably $50K+ monthly.
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, attribution, and analytics platforms.
  • Competence in tools like Google Analytics, CRMs, and ad platforms.
  • Expertise in funnel refinement, landing page experiments, and CRO.
  • Superior analytical abilities for data-informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and remote teamwork skills.
  • Preferably experienced in SaaS, eCommerce, lead gen, or digital agencies.
