We are looking for a dynamic Coaching and Training Manager to create and implement high-impact sales and leadership development programs, enabling managers and teams to enhance performance and drive revenue growth in a high-growth SaaS setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and conduct in-depth training initiatives for sales managers, covering leadership essentials, performance oversight, and deal guidance strategies.
  • Support managers in leading productive one-on-one sessions with sales representatives, offering tools, guides, and sustained guidance to boost team growth and responsibility.
  • Guide sales teams through deal advancement, spotting obstacles and promoting progress across the sales pipeline.
  • Utilize tools like Gong for call reviews, pinpointing effective techniques and replicating them team-wide.
  • Apply AI-driven analytics to standardize sales approaches, focusing on deal assessment, objection management, and value demonstration in industrial scenarios.
  • Evaluate and enhance the implementation of Sales Plays, monitoring uptake, results, and effects on deal success and pipeline speed.
  • Create and manage onboarding for new sales managers to speed up their integration with company go-to-market objectives.
  • Establish regular coaching sessions, seminars, and materials to foster ongoing sales representative development.
  • Assess program outcomes using indicators such as team output, leader input, training completion rates, and sales performance links, refining based on insights and responses.
  • Collaborate with sales executives, enablement groups, and product specialists to align training with product updates, market demands, and business goals.
  • Promote the exchange of expertise and proven methods among global teams and regions.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in sales enablement, training, sales operations, or coaching, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing coaching programs for management levels.
  • Practical knowledge of call analysis platforms like Gong for evaluating and disseminating performance strategies.
  • Solid grasp of leveraging AI and analytics to create consistent sales workflows.
  • Outstanding abilities in leading sessions, delivering presentations, and fostering professional relationships.
  • Advantageous background in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or intricate B2B sales landscapes.
  • Mentality geared toward coaching, with skills to persuade in the absence of formal power within a rapidly expanding, distributed organization.
  • Desirable: Credentials in sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Value Selling.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with AI applications in sales coaching or enablement systems.
  • Desirable: Prior roles in field enablement or sales management.
