Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive media buying operations for clients, emphasizing paid social channels such as Meta, Facebook, and Google.
- Direct and expand campaigns involving over $1 million in monthly expenditures, prioritizing efficiency and results.
- Develop and sustain sophisticated testing structures.
- Partner closely with creative, analytics, and expansion teams to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Monitor results via primary data sources, attribution software, and reporting interfaces like Northbeam, Triple Whale, and GA4.
- Deliver practical recommendations based on metrics including ROAS, MER, CAC, audience segmentation, and customer lifetime value.
- Present strategic plans, budget management, and improvement strategies to team members and senior executives.
- Guide and develop junior and intermediate media specialists.
- Act as the primary resolver for intricate performance issues.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record handling over $20 million in Facebook advertising expenditures across various brands and sales pathways.
- Comfortable managing high-volume accounts with monthly spends surpassing $1 million, excelling in large-scale optimizations.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing strategies and direct-to-consumer ecommerce dynamics.
- Strategic mindset focused on creating enduring performance guides rather than mere adjustments.
- Ability to collaborate on creative elements, offering feedback that boosts campaign effectiveness.
