Experienced specialist needed to lead Google and YouTube advertising efforts for major DTC eCommerce clients at a high-performance agency, focusing on strategy, execution, and results-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google and YouTube Ads accounts comprehensively, covering Shopping, PMax, Search, and YouTube formats
- Develop YouTube campaign strategies encompassing audience targeting, creative guidance, and integration within the full sales funnel
- Design campaign structures, implement bidding approaches, control budget allocation, and perform continuous optimizations
- Deliver weekly performance reports with thorough quality assurance prior to client submission
- Provide cross-channel insights, applying learnings from Google and YouTube to refine creative and Meta strategies
- Engage directly with clients through weekly calls, delivering performance summaries and actionable plans
Qualifications
- Based in the US with full-time availability
- Over 5 years of agency experience managing Google and YouTube Ads exclusively for DTC eCommerce brands
- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling YouTube campaigns, including creative formats, view-through attribution, and full-funnel DTC integration
- Track record of handling $500K+ monthly spend across multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience constructing and expanding Shopping, PMax, and Search campaigns from inception
- Proficiency in blended MER, nCPA, and incrementality metrics, avoiding isolated platform ROAS optimization
- Skilled in GA4; familiarity with Northbeam, Triple Whale, or equivalent attribution platforms
- Capable of communicating effectively with founders and CMOs of 9-figure brands
- Agency background required; in-house experience not considered
