Seeking a strategic marketing executive to lead and expand demand generation efforts through performance-oriented GTM systems, combining leadership with engineering to create AI-powered revenue generation frameworks using tools like Clay and Claude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and enhance the creation of marketing qualified leads and their impact on sales pipeline
  • Develop marketing systems driven by signals that integrate with outbound go-to-market strategies
  • Create and implement revenue-linked performance marketing initiatives
  • Utilize Clay for data enhancement, workflow management, and driving outbound and inbound efforts
  • Apply Claude in crafting messages, producing content, personalizing outreach, and automating processes
  • Construct automated marketing infrastructures with AI and low-code platforms such as n8n
  • Improve conversion from marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads in partnership with sales and GTM teams
  • Oversee marketing expenditures and optimize customer acquisition costs
  • Direct content and campaign planning with measurable pipeline outcomes
  • Evaluate and refine metrics like cost per qualified lead and return on pipeline investment

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
  • Essential proficiency in using Clay
  • Required practical knowledge of Claude for marketing, automation, or GTM processes
  • Prior work in developing automated GTM or marketing frameworks
  • Background in B2B SaaS or outbound-focused settings
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and key performance indicators
  • Solid grasp of CRM platforms and attribution methodologies
  • Analytical approach emphasizing pipeline, revenue, and economic units
