Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the creation of marketing qualified leads and their impact on sales pipeline
- Develop marketing systems driven by signals that integrate with outbound go-to-market strategies
- Create and implement revenue-linked performance marketing initiatives
- Utilize Clay for data enhancement, workflow management, and driving outbound and inbound efforts
- Apply Claude in crafting messages, producing content, personalizing outreach, and automating processes
- Construct automated marketing infrastructures with AI and low-code platforms such as n8n
- Improve conversion from marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads in partnership with sales and GTM teams
- Oversee marketing expenditures and optimize customer acquisition costs
- Direct content and campaign planning with measurable pipeline outcomes
- Evaluate and refine metrics like cost per qualified lead and return on pipeline investment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
