Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, optimise and scale Meta campaigns across 18-20 clients while managing significant budgets and ensuring positive return on spend.
  • Lead creative testing and direction, producing briefs and maintaining a continuous pipeline of assets.
  • Manage Business Manager and ad-account infrastructure, ensuring backup accounts, warming protocols and rapid recovery from restrictions or bans.
  • Provide in-depth analytics using cohort economics, LTV and payback-period metrics to evaluate true acquisition profitability and define north-star KPIs.
  • Develop and execute plans to improve profitability at current spend levels before scaling volume, applying winning strategies to new client accounts from day one.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years personally managing Meta Ads campaigns at $100K+ monthly spend, executing daily optimisations and tactical decisions.
  • Proven ability to scale spend from five- to six-figure monthly budgets while sustaining or improving efficiency.
  • Experience in restricted or high-risk verticals (finance, health, supplements, lead gen) and comfort operating within strict platform compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CPA, LTV, cohort analysis, blended metrics and dashboard creation.
  • Self-sufficient, commercially minded operator comfortable with high-pressure environments and 24/7 accountability for critical ad infrastructure.
