Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies encompassing channel selection, creative guidance, full-funnel design, budget oversight, and performance reporting for client portfolios.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Connected TV, and YouTube, including programmatic elements, with daily monitoring for pacing and adjustments.
- Formulate strategies aligned with the customer journey, from awareness to conversion, recommending channel mixes, audience targeting, and investment reallocations.
- Provide strategic input on creative elements, including briefing teams, evaluating performance, and iterating based on insights to enhance outcomes.
- Manage large-scale budgets across multiple clients, ensuring efficient allocation and early issue resolution.
- Establish automated reporting frameworks and deliver data-driven narratives to clients, highlighting performance trends, explanations, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to integrate media efforts with overarching goals, mentor juniors, and shape practice standards.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of agency experience in managing paid media campaigns.
- In-depth proficiency with Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta Ads Manager, connected TV, and programmatic platforms.
- Expertise in full-funnel media planning that connects awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Strong perspective on creative effectiveness, including briefing, feedback, and linking to performance results.
- Proven ability to handle substantial budgets for multiple clients with precise pacing and optimal results.
- Daily hands-on campaign monitoring and proactive adjustments to address performance issues.
- Skills in building automated reporting systems and dashboards for efficient data visibility.
