Seeking a Senior Account Manager to join the internal Creative Studio, owning the integration of performance metrics with creative development in a pivotal individual role. Focus on scaling creatives across platforms like Paid Social, Google, and Programmatic, with emphasis on emerging LatAm and SEA regions, by interpreting data to guide designer teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete insight process by analyzing performance reports, identifying key insights, and converting them into targeted creative briefs for upcoming production phases.
- Provide the creative team with tailored, market-specific guidance, highlighting regional differences such as between Brazil and Mexico or Indonesia and Thailand.
- Establish and oversee a systematic creative testing structure, including defining test variables like hooks, CTAs, and cultural adaptations, while monitoring outcomes to inform future briefs.
- Engage regularly with Media Buying, Data & Analytics, and Creative Design teams to bridge performance insights with creative approaches.
- Track creative effectiveness across channels, identifying trends to prevent issues or capitalize on opportunities early.
- Foster a unified vocabulary for creative performance among teams to promote data-driven decisions over subjective opinions.
- Coordinate schedules, feedback loops, and outputs for multiple concurrent campaigns within the studio.
Qualifications
- Proven background in performance agencies or in-house teams, with deep knowledge of media buying and hands-on campaign data management.
- Direct experience in running performance campaigns in LatAm countries like Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, or Argentina, including understanding local platform dynamics and audience preferences.
- Skill in transforming performance data into practical creative directives, emphasizing implications and next steps.
- Proficiency across channels including Paid Social on Meta and TikTok, Google/YouTube UAC, Programmatic Display, Influencer/UGC, and media networks.
- Approach to creative testing that involves controlled experiments, single-variable changes, and iterative learning.
- Ability to convey complex data simply and effectively to creative professionals, adapting to their perspective.
- 5-8 years in account management, creative strategy, or performance marketing, including collaboration with creative teams.
- Preference for experience in SEA markets such as Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, or Malaysia.
- Advantage for candidates with lived experience or career development in LatAm or SEA for cultural insight.
- Tool expertise with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, GA4, Motion, or comparable dashboards.
