Key Responsibilities
- Direct strategy, implementation, and optimization of paid media initiatives to attain client acquisition targets aligned with legal sector standards.
- Develop comprehensive campaign plans encompassing audience segmentation, budget allocation, bid management, conversion funnels, and attribution modeling.
- Guide and develop the PPC team through recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Innovate in advertising copy, landing page enhancements, and testing protocols to boost click-through rates, conversions, and overall returns.
- Deliver performance reports with key metrics and strategic recommendations to leadership and clients.
- Manage landing page tactics via Unbounce and Local Services Ads, establishing uniform processes for client consistency.
- Partner with SEO, content, and design groups to synchronize messaging, user journeys, and campaign outcomes.
- Oversee substantial PPC expenditures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Handle escalations for intricate campaign issues and client interactions.

Qualifications
- Over 5 years in PPC campaign management, including at least 2 years in senior or leadership positions.
- Track record of handling ad budgets from $600k to $1M+ with proven high ROI.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Unbounce, and Local Services Ads.
- Advanced understanding of paid search tactics, keyword analysis, and conversion optimization.
- Strong skills in data interpretation and clear communication to diverse audiences.
