Lead efforts to enhance FMX’s digital marketing performance by directing SEO/GEO strategies, conversion rate optimization, and analytics programs, while managing a developing team to boost traffic, conversions, and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement FMX’s SEO approach, covering keyword analysis, on-page enhancements, technical aspects, and ongoing adjustments
- Guide, coach, and develop a team focused on digital optimization
- Track search rankings, visitor volumes, and search engine results to refine tactics continuously
- Explore and adapt to new AI search methods, including generative engines, optimized outputs, and zero-click scenarios
- Direct conversion optimization across critical site paths like demo signups, content offers, and product sections
- Plan and execute A/B experiments to elevate conversion efficiency
- Deploy personalized and adaptive content features
- Examine user interactions via heatmaps, session replays, funnel reviews, and usability evaluations to spot obstacles
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to apply and refine enhancements, promoting data-informed design choices
- Create reporting dashboards for site and campaign metrics
- Evaluate marketing campaign and channel effectiveness to guide improvements
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators throughout the user funnel from acquisition to revenue generation
- Utilize tools like Google Tag Manager for tracking setup, event monitoring, integrations, and system connectivity
- Maintain data reliability, uniformity, and accurate attribution across platforms
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years in digital marketing, growth, or optimization positions
- 1–3+ years managing teams
- Robust expertise in SEO and/or CRO within B2B SaaS settings
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Competence in analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Microsoft Clarity
- Practical knowledge of Google Tag Manager or equivalents
- Analytical aptitude to convert data into practical recommendations
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and experiment methodologies
- Experience in UX or collaborating with content, design, and development professionals
- Advanced data systems or warehouse setup (e.g., BigQuery, databases) preferred
- Marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) experience preferred
- Basic front-end coding (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) for tracking, integrations, SEO, tests, and personalization preferred
- Optimization for AI search and novel discovery channels preferred
