Seeking a results-focused Demand Generation Manager to spearhead multi-channel marketing initiatives that build robust sales pipelines and accelerate revenue in a B2B technology setting, emphasizing paid advertising, account-based marketing, and event support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee ABM campaign implementation, optimization, and reporting using platforms like DemandBase, Influ2, and Madison Logic for targeted 1:1 and 1:few efforts, delivering performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Bing to boost conversions, MQLs, and pipeline, including A/B testing, audience targeting, and collaboration on creatives and landing pages.
  • Manage third-party media acquisitions such as content syndication and webinars, evaluating lead quality and ROI while exploring novel engagement methods.
  • Create and optimize evergreen email nurture programs in sync with ABM, partnering with content and operations teams to advance prospects through the sales funnel and report on program impacts.
  • Promote webinars, events, and field activities via digital channels, working with marketing and events teams to craft integrated plans and refine tactics based on data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain accurate UTM tracking, lead routing, and attribution; conduct weekly data analysis for optimizations; update dashboards on pipeline metrics, CPL, and ROI; and provide stakeholder reports with recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Background in B2B demand generation or performance marketing, ideally in tech or SaaS sectors.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in ABM execution and reporting with tools like DemandBase, 6sense, Madison Logic, or Influ2.
  • Practical experience handling paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Bing.
  • Robust analytical capabilities to derive strategic insights from data.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools, with HubSpot and Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for cross-team collaboration.
  • Proactive mindset and meticulous project management style.
