Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize agency partnerships for maximum impact and scalability.
  • Build strategic relationships with paid media agencies, ensuring alignment on goals and accountability for results.
  • Oversee campaign execution, optimization, and automation using platform and AI tools to drive efficiencies and growth.
  • Develop and manage the testing roadmap, including A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding.
  • Conduct regular governance, admin, and reporting through weekly calls, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Monitor performance marketing trends, tools, and technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Own the paid media calendar and roadmap, aligning with trading moments and brand priorities.
  • Coordinate creatives between agencies and internal teams, managing briefs and workflows for on-brand, optimized assets.
  • Maintain relationships with platform partners like Meta, Google, and TikTok to access new features and performance boosts.
  • Support affiliate channel management and optimization in key markets.
  • Analyze performance data using metrics like ROI, CPA, and ROAS to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create insight-led reports and dashboards for stakeholders, including forward-looking recommendations.
  • Interpret Media Mix Modelling outputs to optimize cross-channel strategies and budget allocation.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience managing end-to-end PPC and paid social campaigns, with B2C retail as an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-focused approach to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong commercial awareness of how paid media supports business growth.
  • Effective collaboration across marketing disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Clear communication skills to simplify complex data for decision-making.
