Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize agency partnerships for maximum impact and scalability.
- Build strategic relationships with paid media agencies, ensuring alignment on goals and accountability for results.
- Oversee campaign execution, optimization, and automation using platform and AI tools to drive efficiencies and growth.
- Develop and manage the testing roadmap, including A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding.
- Conduct regular governance, admin, and reporting through weekly calls, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
- Monitor performance marketing trends, tools, and technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Own the paid media calendar and roadmap, aligning with trading moments and brand priorities.
- Coordinate creatives between agencies and internal teams, managing briefs and workflows for on-brand, optimized assets.
- Maintain relationships with platform partners like Meta, Google, and TikTok to access new features and performance boosts.
- Support affiliate channel management and optimization in key markets.
- Analyze performance data using metrics like ROI, CPA, and ROAS to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create insight-led reports and dashboards for stakeholders, including forward-looking recommendations.
- Interpret Media Mix Modelling outputs to optimize cross-channel strategies and budget allocation.
Qualifications
- Significant experience managing end-to-end PPC and paid social campaigns, with B2C retail as an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with a data-focused approach to derive actionable insights.
- Strong commercial awareness of how paid media supports business growth.
- Effective collaboration across marketing disciplines and stakeholders.
