Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance Google Ads campaigns including search, display, remarketing, and Performance Max to increase bookings and performance.
- Refine campaign elements like budgets, bidding, and targeting using performance data.
- Spot efficiency gains and expand successful campaigns.
- Manage Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, covering audience selection, creative experiments, and retargeting.
- Coordinate campaigns with demand patterns, seasonal factors, and occupancy targets.
- Track and evaluate performance via Google Ads, Meta, and GA4.
- Convert data into insights and practical adjustments.
- Monitor conversions and metrics to enhance efficiency.
- Aid in reporting and share updates with teams.
- Work with internal groups to match messaging, promotions, and creatives to objectives.
- Support campaign launches for promotions, events, and occupancy requirements.
- Verify that landing pages and site experiences aid conversions.
- Help with website modifications for campaigns, promotions, and optimization.

Qualifications
- 2–4+ years managing Google Ads, emphasizing search and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Proficiency in creating and deploying campaigns, including setup, organization, and continuous refinement.
- Expertise in conversion tracking implementation, verification, and issue resolution using Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
- Practical use of Google Tag Manager for tags, events, pixels, and tracking management.
- Skill in campaign optimization targeting conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, including targeting and management.
- Strong analytics abilities to analyze data and apply optimizations.
- Keen attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple campaigns concurrently.
