We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns that deliver measurable results across client portfolios. This position offers the chance to shape the growth of an expanding media practice within a collaborative agency environment, managing budgets on Google, Meta, connected TV, and programmatic channels with strategic rigor and daily ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own paid media strategy and full execution across Google Ads, Meta, connected TV, and YouTube while applying occasional programmatic buy
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns with proper structure, tracking, and naming conventions to ensure trustworthy data
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance daily and proactively adjust bids, targeting, budgets, and creatives based on signals
- Develop media strategies aligned with client goals and test audiences, creative variations, and bidding strategies systematically
- Track significant multi-client budgets with precise pacing and efficiency and make real-time adjustments to keep delivery on track
- Build automated reporting systems and present performance insights that connect campaign activity to business outcomes
- Support client calls with prepared analysis and communicate proactively when performance issues arise
- Partner with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure media aligns with broader campaign objectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing paid media at a digital or performance marketing agency; non-agency experience not accepted
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager; connected TV and programmatic experience a plus
- Proven ability to manage substantial paid media budgets across multiple clients with strong pacing and performance outcomes
- Demonstrated skill building automated reporting dashboards and workflows that reduce manual reporting
- Experience explaining performance results and strategic recommendations clearly to clients using data storytelling
- Comfortable working across varied industries and adapting strategy to different audiences and objectives
- Active use of AI tools for research, reporting, and strategy with ability to illustrate efficiency gains
- Based in New England for hybrid work with set in-office days and occasional in-person client meetings
