A hands-on marketing coordinator is needed to establish and grow an in-house marketing function, focusing on campaign execution, CRM optimization, content development, and demand generation in a B2B/B2G setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute digital marketing campaigns via HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Develop and optimize CRM sequences, email campaigns, and marketing workflows.
- Support lead generation and brand visibility initiatives.
- Create marketing collateral such as product literature, case studies, social content, and event materials.
- Partner with sales leadership to align marketing messaging with customer needs.
- Prepare materials for trade shows, events, and customer initiatives.
- Conduct HubSpot audits and optimize CRM data and campaign performance.
- Track campaign results and produce marketing performance reports.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend channel and campaign improvements.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or B2G environments.
- Hands-on HubSpot experience including CRM management, sequences, and campaign execution.
- Strong organizational, project management, and marketing execution skills.
- Ability to work independently as the primary marketing resource.
- Preferred: experience marketing to government, public safety, or mission-critical industries.
- Preferred: familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and digital advertising platforms.
- Preferred: experience developing content, case studies, and event/trade show materials.
