Remote paid media specialist managing and optimizing Facebook, Google, and multi-platform ad campaigns with a focus on performance, creative collaboration, and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok and other digital platforms.
- Develop data-backed ad strategies aligned with marketing goals and target KPIs.
- Manage ad budgets, monitor campaign performance, and make real-time adjustments.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visuals and video ads using Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and copy variations.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics using GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
- Coordinate all campaign management with Account Managers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in Facebook and Google Ads campaign management (Meta, YouTube, Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.).
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and cross-platform ad strategies.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Data Analytics, and other performance tracking tools.
- Experience creating and editing ad creatives (video, graphics, copywriting).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Agency experience is a plus.
