Own and optimize paid social advertising on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest to acquire high-quality users at efficient costs for a digital platform serving gig workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest
- Write ad copy and brief the creative team on high-performing concepts
- Configure pixel tracking, conversion events, and attribution settings
- Optimize campaigns daily to improve CPA, CTR, and ROAS
- Test audiences including lookalikes, interest targeting, and retargeting
- Run creative A/B tests to identify winning angles
- Deliver weekly reports on spend efficiency and scaling recommendations
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns
- Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager; TikTok Ads experience preferred
- Ability to set up pixels, custom conversions, and manage attribution windows
- Data-driven approach to reading dashboards and making quick decisions
- Creative judgement for identifying high-performing ad concepts
