Meta Ads Specialist at Lago, Remote in Brazil

Mid-senior Meta Ads Specialist responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts on Meta platforms, with emphasis on performance analysis, client collaboration, and technical tracking implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Meta advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager across 25+ accounts.
• Create compelling ad creatives including copywriting and image selection.
• Analyze performance data and present detailed campaign reports to clients with data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients to align goals, audiences, and budgets while ensuring ad quality and targeting accuracy.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Meta Pixels via Google Tag Manager, including custom conversions.
• Build and manage custom audiences and client lists based on pixel data.
• Stay current with Meta advertising updates and implement new strategies.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, development, and creative teams.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of marketing agency experience managing 20+ accounts.
• 3-4 years of copywriting and creative ad creation experience.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta campaign management.
• Client-facing experience with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in performance tracking, web traffic analysis, and audience metrics.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Experience running video ads on Meta platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Ads or other digital channels is a plus.
• Experience with media buying, planning, and creative strategy on Meta.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRMs and Asana or similar project tools.
• Canva proficiency and copywriting/editing skills.
