We need an expert media buyer to lead high-performing paid campaigns across Meta for multiple home-improvement clients, owning performance, client communication, and funnel optimisation while preparing to scale into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Meta ad campaigns for 10+ client accounts with monthly spend of $30k–$100k+.
  • Build, test, and improve lead-generation funnels, VSLs, and booked-call structures.
  • Own direct client relationships through weekly strategy calls and performance reporting.
  • Track budgets, pacing, and KPIs to maintain strong CPL, CPA, and a minimum 2× ROAS.
  • Develop and experiment with ad creatives, hooks, and messaging in collaboration with the founder.
  • Diagnose underperforming metrics and implement fixes proactively.
  • Document and systemise media-buying processes to enable team scaling.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing $30k–$100k+ monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts.
  • Domain expertise in home services or home-improvement verticals.
  • Strong grasp of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and lead-quality optimisation.
  • Track record of achieving at least 2× ROAS at 30% profit margins.
  • Structured, data-driven testing methodology with extreme ownership mindset.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and ability to run calls independently.
  • Experience mentoring or reviewing junior media buyers.
  • Familiarity with CRM integration and lead-tracking for local service businesses.
  • Proficiency with funnel-building and landing-page optimisation tools.
  • Availability to overlap significantly with EST/CST business hours.
