Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for Responsive Search Ads and Dynamic Search Ads on core mowing services using Google and Bing, including creative testing, feed optimization, campaign setup, and bidding adjustments
- Manage and refine Performance Max, AI Search Max, and Demand Gen campaigns in integration with primary search efforts, determining optimal funnel placements and interactions
- Establish and oversee target CPA, target ROAS, and portfolio bidding approaches across various brands and campaign formats, ensuring consistency with objectives and funnel phases
- Maintain attribution and conversion tracking systems, including event setup, implementation verification, and quality assurance to support reliable data for automated bidding
- Optimize landing pages and monitor the end-to-end customer journey from ad exposure to service fulfillment, pinpointing and resolving conversion funnel inefficiencies
- Formulate strategies for campaigns across LawnStarter, Lawn Love, and Home Gnome brands to ensure distinct positioning and avoid market overlap cannibalization
- Allocate budgets effectively among brands, regions, and campaign categories to enhance overall return on ad spend
- Design and execute a testing agenda for bidding methods, ad variations, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Produce reporting dashboards, extract actionable insights, and convert data analysis into strategic recommendations
