Lead paid acquisition efforts by optimising core Google and LinkedIn campaigns while exploring and testing additional demand-generation channels that deliver qualified pipeline for a B2B sharetech platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management, optimisation and performance improvement of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads across multiple business units, covering account structure, audience targeting, bidding, creative testing and reporting.
  • Identify, design and run structured experiments on new acquisition channels such as newsletters, sponsorships, communities, YouTube, Reddit and partnerships, then make evidence-based investment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Sales, Product, RevOps, Finance and CRO teams to refine targeting, improve conversion rates and strengthen attribution and ROI measurement.
  • Produce clear performance reporting that links paid activity to commercial outcomes and share insights with stakeholders across the business.
  • Stay current with platform updates, apply AI and automation tools to increase efficiency, and share learnings with the wider marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Significant hands-on experience managing and optimising Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads in a B2B environment with a track record of improving pipeline or revenue.
  • Strong analytical ability using attribution models, CRM data and funnel metrics in addition to platform-level KPIs.
  • Proficiency with GA4 (or equivalent) and HubSpot (or equivalent CRM); comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows.
  • Proactive, commercially curious mindset and excellent communication skills to present performance and recommendations to non-marketing stakeholders.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, high accuracy and ability to thrive in a remote-first setting.
